James Bounds – Operations
James grew up on a family farm in Simcoe County. He helped work the farm with his grandfather, and soon developed a passion for agriculture and tree care.
In 2013 James and Robyn started MapleGreen Tree Services in the Caledon area. The business grew quickly and James quickly realized more knowledge in business practices would be an asset.
In 2014 James graduated from Georgian College with an honours in Business Administration and became an ISA certified arborist.
In 2015 James launched Lotus Tree Care and has grown a wide customer base in Simcoe County and surrounding areas.
Jackie Snider – Customer Service/Administrative
Jackie is a retired York Regional Police Inspector. Jackie has been involved in many community related initiatives throughout her life. She has a passion for the outdoors and giving back to the community.
Jackie believes the key to a successful business is understanding the customer needs, creating a team of highly skilled professionals, and establishing quality service standards to ensure the best possible outcomes on each project.
Murray Snider - Sales
Murray was born near Kingston, Ontario. He grew up on a small family farm in Napanee, Ontario where he learned the meaning of hard work. He moved to Barrie in 1997 after operating a successful custom home building business for 15 years. In 1997 Murray purchased an existing Insulated Concrete Form (ICF) company and grew it to one of the largest ICF distributors in North America. In 2001, Murray partnered with a premium manufacturer of Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) to launch Nudura Corporation, which when sold in 2018 was the largest ICF company in the world.
Murray believes the key to any successful business is giving the right people the proper tools, adapting to new technology and providing the best customer service experience.
